How FUTNIVO handles account information, coaching data, cookies and analytics.

Your privacy matters. FUTNIVO only uses optional Analytics cookies when you choose to grant analytics consent. When consent is denied, Analytics cookies are not stored or read, although limited cookieless measurement signals may still be sent to Google Analytics for aggregated measurement and modeling.
1. Introduction
FUTNIVO is a football coaching workspace available at https://futnivo.com. This Privacy Policy explains how FUTNIVO handles information when you use the website and its coaching tools.
2. Data controller
The data controller is the person or legal entity operating FUTNIVO and responsible for personal data processed through the service.

3. Information we may collect
- Account information you provide when registering, such as your name and email address.
- Team and player data entered by coaches, such as player names, positions and jersey numbers.
- Training session and lineup data you create and save within FUTNIVO.
- Technical information such as browser type and device information collected automatically as part of normal website operation.
- Analytics-related information processed through Google Analytics in accordance with your consent settings. When analytics consent is denied, Analytics cookies are not stored or read, although limited cookieless measurement signals may still be sent for aggregated measurement and modeling.
4. How information is used
- To provide and operate FUTNIVO.
- To improve and develop our coaching tools.
- To maintain the security and integrity of the service.
- To understand website usage when analytics consent has been granted.
- To communicate with users where appropriate and necessary.
5. Legal bases for processing
- Account and service data: processing necessary to provide the FUTNIVO service and perform the user agreement.
- Security and essential technical operations: legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, where applicable.
- Optional analytics: user consent.
- Legal obligations: processing where required by applicable law.
6. Google Analytics
FUTNIVO uses Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode. When analytics consent is denied, Analytics cookies are not stored or read. Google Analytics may still receive limited cookieless consent and measurement signals used for aggregated measurement and modeling. When analytics consent is granted, Analytics cookies may be used for standard measurement.
Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization remain disabled.
8. Service providers
FUTNIVO may use providers necessary to operate the service, including categories such as:
- hosting and infrastructure
- authentication
- analytics and consent-based measurement services, in accordance with your consent settings
- domain and technical services
Google Analytics is used as an analytics provider, as described above.
9. Data sharing
FUTNIVO does not sell your personal information. Limited data may be shared with service providers where necessary to operate the service, as described in the Service providers section.
10. International data transfers
Some service providers may process information outside your country or outside the EEA. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used by the relevant service providers.
11. Data retention
- Account and service data is retained while needed to provide the account and service.
- Deleted data may remain temporarily in backups where necessary.
- Legal and security records may be retained where required.
12. User rights
Where applicable, you may have rights including:
- access
- rectification
- erasure
- restriction
- data portability
- objection
- withdrawal of consent
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Users in the EEA may also lodge a complaint with their competent data protection authority. For users in Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
13. Children's data
FUTNIVO is intended primarily for coaches and organizations, not for children to independently create accounts unless permitted by applicable law and the service rules.
Coaches and organizations that enter player information are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate legal basis and authority to provide that information to FUTNIVO, particularly where players are minors.
Where FUTNIVO processes team or player information solely on behalf of a coach or organization, FUTNIVO acts as a service provider/processor to the extent applicable.
14. Automated decision-making
FUTNIVO does not currently use personal data to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on users.
15. Security
FUTNIVO uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to help protect your information. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, use or disclosure will never occur.
16. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always remain available on this page.
