FUTNIVO is a football coaching workspace providing tools such as lineup and formation creation, team management, training planning, session adaptation and other coaching-related functionality.

If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information,
• maintaining account security,
• activity performed through your account.

FUTNIVO is primarily intended for coaches, teams, clubs and organizations.

You may use FUTNIVO for lawful football coaching and team-management purposes.

You must not:

• misuse or interfere with the service,
• attempt unauthorized access,
• upload unlawful or malicious content,
• use the service to violate another person's rights,
• scrape, reverse engineer or exploit the service except where permitted by law.

Coaches and organizations are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority and legal basis to enter player information into FUTNIVO, especially data relating to minors.

You should not enter unnecessary sensitive personal information.

FUTNIVO provides planning and decision-support tools. Training plans, session adaptations, formations and other suggestions are informational tools for coaches.

The coach remains responsible for:

• professional judgment,
• player safety,
• suitability of drills,
• workload,
• age appropriateness,
• pitch and equipment conditions.

FUTNIVO does not replace qualified coaching judgment.

Some FUTNIVO suggestions or session adaptations may be generated or assisted by automated or AI-based systems. Such outputs may contain errors or may not be suitable for every team, player or situation. Coaches should review and adjust all suggestions before using them in practice.

You retain rights to information and content you create or enter where applicable.

You grant FUTNIVO the limited rights necessary to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service.

FUTNIVO's brand, website design, software, original interface, logos and proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy or commercially redistribute FUTNIVO software or proprietary content without permission.

FUTNIVO may rely on third-party infrastructure and services. Their availability may affect FUTNIVO.

Links to third-party websites do not imply endorsement unless explicitly stated.

FUTNIVO currently may offer free functionality. Future paid plans or subscriptions may be introduced.

If paid services are introduced, pricing, billing terms, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be clearly presented before purchase.

FUTNIVO may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for:

• abuse,
• security threats,
• unlawful activity,
• serious violations of these Terms.

You may stop using FUTNIVO at any time.

When an account is deleted or access ends, handling and retention of personal data will follow the FUTNIVO Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

FUTNIVO is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that:

• every feature will always be available,
• generated suggestions will be error-free,
• coaching outcomes will improve,
• the service will meet every user's individual requirements.

This does not attempt to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms may be updated as FUTNIVO evolves. The current version will remain available on this page.

For material changes affecting registered users, reasonable steps may be taken to provide notice where appropriate.
