Organization

Set a 35x25m channel toward goal. Three attackers begin with the ball against two defenders. After the attack finishes, rotate the next group immediately to maintain transition tempo.

Coaching Points

First action forward when possible | Attack space before defenders recover | Use width to stretch the two defenders | Ball carrier commits one defender | Finish before the overload disappears

Progressions

  • Release one recovering defender from behind after the first touch.

Regressions

  • Increase the starting distance between defenders and goal.
