Turn and Finish — Receive Between Defenders

Set a receiving zone 15–20m from goal with two mannequins or passive defenders forming a narrow gap. A server plays into the attacker, who receives between them, turns and finishes against a goalkeeper.

• Replace mannequins with one live defender who can press after the first touch.

• Increase the gap and allow the attacker two setup touches.
