4v4 Four-Channel Possession — Occupy and Rotate
A 4v4 possession game divided into four channels where players rotate while preserving spacing and passing options.

Organization
Create a 24x24 m square divided into four equal vertical channels. Play 4v4. The possession team must keep at least three channels occupied and cannot have more than two teammates in the same channel.
Coaching Points
Occupy different lines and channels; Rotate only when a teammate vacates space; Scan before moving; Create diagonal passing lanes; Do not follow the ball unnecessarily
Progressions
- Award a point for completing a pass in all four channels during one possession.
Regressions
- Remove the maximum-player-per-channel rule.
