Near Winger Inside, Far Winger Wide — Switch Through the 10

A switching practice built around asymmetric width. The near winger moves inside to combine while the far winger stays on the touchline. The 10 becomes the connector who decides when the defence has narrowed enough to switch.

Use asymmetric winger positions to draw pressure inside on one side and release width on the opposite side through the number 10.

Organization

Use a 48x42m area with a full-size goal and goalkeeper. Six attackers face five defenders. Start on one flank with the winger inside the half-space and the opposite winger fixed wide. The attack should pass through the 10 before the far-side release.
