Organization

Play 4v4 inside a 24x24m square with one neutral support player on each side. A point is scored when the team in possession connects one outside player, then an adjacent outside player, then reaches the support player on the opposite side without losing possession.

Coaching Points

Use adjacent sides to move the block before switching | Inside players create diagonal support | Outside players prepare the next pass before receiving | Do not force the opposite side too early | Change positions after each outside connection

Progressions

  • Limit outside supports to one touch and allow defenders to press the receiving side player after the pass travels.

Regressions

  • Allow two touches outside and require only one adjacent-side connection.
