Set a 38x30m area with a central pocket for the neutral 10. Play 6v6. Teams score by finding the 10, receiving a set pass and breaking beyond the next line.

10 scans before receiving | Arrive on a different line from the ball | Set away from pressure | Third runner times movement beyond | Keep width to open the central pocket

- Allow defenders to enter the 10's pocket after the pass.

- Give the 10 a protected pocket and unlimited touches.
