Organization

Set pairs 6m apart with one balance marker. Working player hops over the marker, stabilises, receives from partner and passes back before switching legs.

Progressions

  • Serve the ball earlier so the player must stabilise faster.

Regressions

  • Remove the hop and begin from a static single-leg stance.
