Organization

Mark a 12x12m square with four coloured gates. Each player has a ball. Players toe-tap and move slowly; coach shows a colour and players exit through the matching gate.

Coaching Points

Light touches on top of the ball | Scan between touches | React to the cue quickly | Avoid collisions | Accelerate under control through the gate

Progressions

  • Use two consecutive colour cues before the exit.

Regressions

  • Use only two gates and verbal cues.
