Organization

Set a 22x18m pitch with mini-goals and one neutral wall player on a side line. Play 2v2 inside; neutral supports the team in possession.

Coaching Points

Commit a defender before using the wall | Set passes into the runner's path | Support at different angles | Attack the goal after the combination | Transition quickly on loss

Progressions

  • Move the wall player to either side based on possession.

Regressions

  • Keep the wall player fixed and allow two touches.
