Organization

Use a 52x42m directional area with a full-size attacking goal and two counter mini-goals near halfway. The attacking team keeps three defenders and two midfielders behind the ball while the remaining players attack a compact block.

Near fullback controls the first wide counter lane | Far centre-back tucks inside to protect depth | Two midfielders screen central outlets | The 3-2 unit shifts with the ball as one block | Do not allow both outside defenders to step beyond the ball together

  • Allow two high counter attackers to remain outside the defensive block.
