Two teams of four, one goalkeeper per goal, directional play toward the two goals. Play short bouts; rotate extras.
Coaching Points
Encourage quick decisions in possession, sharp transitions after regain/loss, and realistic pressing. Keep teams balanced and preserve both scoring directions.
Progressions
- Add a neutral who plays with the team in possession
- Condition: must score within a set time of regain
- Expand to 5v5 / 6v6 within the small-sided limit
Regressions
- Reduce to 3v3 + 2 GK
- Widen the pitch to give more time on the ball
