5v5 Central Diamond Unlock — Three Outside Passes, Then Play In
A constraint-led possession game where the team first circulates outside a marked central diamond before an interior entry becomes available.

Organization
Mark a central diamond inside a 30x24m area. Play 5v5. The team in possession must complete three passes outside the diamond before it may enter through pass or carry. After one successful interior connection, the count resets.
Coaching Points
Use outside circulation to move defenders | Do not enter the diamond before a clear lane appears | Interior receiver checks both shoulders | Support beyond and underneath the entry | Exit the centre if pressure collapses
Progressions
- Allow the defending team to score immediately through mini-goals after intercepting an interior entry.
Regressions
- Require only two outside passes and enlarge the central diamond.
