Organization

Mark a 36x26m area divided into three equal bands. Play 6v6 with each team starting 2+2+2. Players may rotate between lines only if a teammate simultaneously replaces the vacated line.

Coaching Points

Preserve two players on every line | Rotate in pairs rather than abandoning a band | Use the far line to stretch pressure | Central line offers both support and progression | Scan the next line before receiving

  • Add a two-touch limit in the middle line.

Regressions

  • Allow one line to temporarily have three players for three seconds.
