Organization

Divide a 36x27m area into three vertical lanes and play 6v6. Normal possession is free. Whenever a player completes a forward pass, that passer must move into a different lane before receiving again.

Coaching Points

Move after the forward pass, not before it is secure | Replace the vacated lane with another player | Avoid two players rotating into the same space | Scan the next lane before moving | Preserve team width during rotation

Progressions

  • Add a two-touch limit after every lane change.

Regressions

  • Apply the lane-change rule only after passes that cross the central line.
