Attack the Low Block — Switch, Fix and Penetrate

Use a 50x40m area with a defending team protecting a central goal or target line in a compact low block. Attackers have width players and central support to circulate and switch play.

Move the block before forcing penetration; Maintain width and depth; Fix defenders before switching; Attack gaps quickly when they appear; Recycle if the route closes

• Allow the defending team to counter into mini-goals after regain.

• Use a passive or semi-active defending block initially.
