Organization

Use one full-size goal and two wide service channels. Start with three attackers against two defenders plus goalkeeper. A wide player delivers after a short combination and attackers make coordinated runs into the three finishing zones.

Coaching Points

Do not enter the box too early; Attack different zones; Arrive at speed; Cross into the runner's path; React to second balls after the first contact

Progressions

  • Make the wide service fully live with an active fullback defending the crosser.

Regressions

  • Remove one box defender and use a fixed service position.
