Organization

One player finishes an initial central service. A second ball is immediately played wide to a winger who attacks the byline and cuts back to two arriving finishers.

Coaching Points

React immediately after the first shot; Transition quickly to the second action; Time box arrivals; Cut the ball into a finishing lane; Attack rebounds

  • Add one recovering defender for the second phase.
