Organization

Use one goal with goalkeeper. A wide or central server plays a square ball toward the first runner around the penalty spot. That runner shapes to finish but lets the ball run to a second attacker arriving from deeper for the shot.

Coaching Points

First runner must sell the finish | Dummy must not slow the ball | Second runner arrives on a different line | Communicate only if it does not reveal the action | Follow the shot for rebounds

Progressions

  • Add a defender tracking the first runner and another recovering toward the second shooter.

Regressions

  • Use a fixed service and no defenders until the timing is consistent.
