Organization

Set a goalkeeper in goal with two target players outside the box and one pressing player. A server passes back to the GK, the press starts, and the GK must find the safe outlet.

Scan before the pass arrives; First touch away from pressure; Open body to both sides; Use the correct foot; Play early if the passing lane is open

  • Add a second presser and a central target.

  • Delay the press until after the goalkeeper's first touch.
