Goalkeeper circuit that combines fast positioning movements with a live save and an immediate distribution action.

Organization
Set a goalkeeper in front of a full goal with two or three markers for footwork. A server delivers a shot after the goalkeeper completes the movement pattern. After the save, the goalkeeper immediately distributes to a target gate or teammate.
Coaching Points
Move efficiently without crossing feet; arrive set before the shot; attack the line of the ball; secure the save; distribute quickly with accuracy.
Progressions
- Add a second shot or require distribution to a moving target under time pressure.
Regressions
- Use predictable service and a stationary distribution target.
