Organization

Place three servers at different distances and angles. Ball circulates between them while the goalkeeper adjusts depth. Any server can finish on the coach signal.

Move as the ball travels | Depth changes with threat level | Stay balanced while adjusting | Set before the strike | Avoid getting stuck too deep

Progressions

  • Allow servers to shoot at any moment without a coach signal.

Regressions

  • Use only two fixed ball positions.
